Tablo (of Epik High) interview w/Urban Decadence

Tablo & Dumbfoundead

Tablo of Epik High was in the city for a few days and sat down with Dumbfoundead to do a short very impromptu interview.  The guys sat back with a beer in each  hand as Dumfoundead asked him questions on behalf of Urban Decadence. When asked how he got into the Korean Music Industry, he said,  “Yea, I actually didn’t want to be in the Korean Industry. I just went there and I started rapping and one day, I was making an album.” He goes on to say that he still hasn’t gotten used to the Korean Industry but he loves living in Korea. Big Bang Does “My Heaven”

Big Bang My Heaven

We finally get to see Big Bang do some live performances from Japan as they take the stage on Music Japan to perform “My Heaven.”

The usually rowdy members were missing one from the pack but they still kept the hype going. It’s definitely different hearing TOP & G-dragon rap in Japanese since most of the albums that were released in Japan had been in English.

Big Bang VIP’ers were showing the boys love  as they bumped their crown glowsticks to the beat. The boys’  “24/7″ hand signs were a bit unique since G-dragon & Seungri’s were on top but Taeyang & TOP’s were ever where else. The song is actually bass bumpin, so check out their perf below!

2NE1 Fires Up For July

2NE1 YG Entertainment
YG Entertainment is certainly moving the 2NE1 wave along by allowing one of 2NE1’s full length tracks to be fully released to help stop illegal downloading of their first mini album. The company is saying that the girls show lots or promise and were surprised when their second song, “I Don’t Care” shot up to #1. But the excitement for the girls doesn’t end there.

YG has already planned to take the girls abroad to collaborate with Interscope Entertainment in America! The girls will post up in Los Angeles for the duration of the Interscope collab. Congrats to them!

Baek Ji Young, K.will & Jo Sung Mo Are Friends For Life

Baek Ji Young K.will Jo Sung Mo Music Bank

Baek Ji Young, K.will & Jo Sung Mo sang an awesome collab last Music Bank and it was a bit overlooked because of all the old school idol stages. The trio sang the song, “That’s what friends are for” and I do testify K.will killed it as usual! We’re used to these balladeers crooning us a heart felt love song but it tugs on my heartstrings just a bit when they’re all come together and wow us like nothing.

Check out the stage below!
